Employees
Our employees have worked in a variety of nonprofit settings and bring relevant knowledge and experience to the capacity-building work we do. In addition, our staff cares deeply about helping nonprofits strengthen their capacity to meet their mission and build community.

Location
We are located at the NonProfit Center,which is conveniently located in close proximity to South Station, and easily accessed by public and private transportation. As both the developer and a tenant of the center, TSNE is committed to fostering collaboration among nonprofit organizations to increase our individual and collective effectiveness.

Environment
The work environment at TSNE encourages employees to develop cutting-edge solutions to challenges, and to use the same approach in helping clients explore the best methods for improving their own effectiveness in meeting community needs. TSNE staff members support each other in seeking innovative approaches in their work and look at ways to integrate best practices from the field into their daily work.
