Imari Paris Jeffries Named New CEO of Italian Home for Children

We'd like to congratulate TSNE MissionWorks board member Imari Paris Jeffries on his new role as CEO of the Italian Home for Children. From the article on MassNonprofit.org:

Jeffries takes over from Christopher Small, who retired as CEO of Italian Home for Children after 35 years.

Jeffries most recently served as chief operating officer of Jumpstart and as interim CEO of Boston Rising, and has extensive professional experience in public, national, and nonprofit service. Before joining Boston Rising in 2011, Jeffries served as the first full-time executive director of Friends of the Children-Boston.

He has served on the boards of the African American Federation of Greater Boston, Save the Harbor, Save the Bay and the Elizabeth Peabody House, and currently serves as a board member of Massachusetts Mentoring Partnership, The Edward Brooke Charter School, TSNE MissionWorks, and the Appalachian Mountain Club.
