Luzdy Rivera, Human Resources Director
Luzdy brings to TSNE MissionWorks comprehensive experience in human resources operations for the nonprofit and healthcare sector.
Communications and Marketing
Sandy St. Louis, Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing
Sandy St. Louis worked for the PBS news and public affairs documentary series FRONTLINE at WGBH in Boston. As FRONTLINE’s national outreach manager, she developed educational content for the series and implemented several national campaigns.
Andrew Cox-Stavros, Chief Financial Officer
Andrew has worked for TSNE MissionWorks since 2005. In addition to overseeing finance and accounting functions of TSNE MissionWorks, he also directs the marketing and operations of the NonProfit Center.
Elaine Ng, Interim Operations Director
Elaine Ng joins TSNE with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and education sectors. Most recently the Strategic Planning Director for Special Education for the Boston Public Schools, and formerly executive director of the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, Elaine holds a passion and commitment for organizations that shift the paradigm of equity and access.

Consulting and Professional Learning
John Smith, Director of Consulting and Professional Learning
John brings extensive experience in nonprofit, government, education and advocacy fields to TSNE MissionWorks. He served as the Policy Analyst in the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development for the City of Boston, where he managed major economic development policy initiatives. Before his government experience, John also worked at the Fair Housing Center of Greater Boston, the Hyams Foundation’s Youth Policy Initiative, the Tennessee Department of Health, and at several universities managing service learning and other student-centered programs.
Asta Petkeviciute, Fiscal Sponsorship Practice Leader
Asta brings more than 17 years of experience in organization and project management with the focus on financial management, internal and external audit management, overall systems strengthening and organizational capacity development for nonprofit and for-profit organizations in more than 20 countries.
Grant Program and Community Initiatives
Trina Jackson, Community Engagement Practice Leader
As the Practice Leader for Community Engagement at TSNE MissionWorks, Trina manages the Inclusion Initiative, a grant program which funds cross-sector, collaborative work for economic justice in communities of color. Her background includes facilitating community dialogues, and consulting on issues of anti-oppression, civic engagement, economic justice, racial justice, leadership development, collaboration, and movement building.

TSNE's Leadership and Learning department offers workshops, events, and learning opportunities for nonprofits and mission-based organizations throughout the year. Our events cater to the needs of staff of all levels, board members, and directors. This department is lead by John Smith, Director of Consulting and Professional Learning
The NonProfit Center
Faisal Abid, NonProfit Center Property Manager
Faisal Abid is the Operations Manager of the NonProfit Center, a multi-tenant office, meeting, and shared space for nonprofits in the heart of downtown Boston. The Center holds regular nonprofit workshops, conferences, and events throughout the year.
