Our training series start in the early fall and runs through the late spring. Training session generally begin at 9:00 am. We offer full-day and half-day sessions depending on the topic. All of our full day session include lunch.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations must be made via email at least 10 business days prior to the date of the workshop in order to receive a refund (less a $15 processing fee). Email firstname.lastname@example.org should you need to cancel your registration.
Where are your workshops located?
Unless otherwise noted, all workshops are held at the NonProfit Center, conveniently located in Downtown Boston at 89 South Street, Boston 02111, near public transportation.
How do I get to the NonProfit Center?

Are there ID requirements?
No, you can check-in with at the building front desk. They will direct you to the 2nd floor, Conference Center East or West Room where the training is being held.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we will have a list of attendees when you arrive at the NonProfit Center.
How much do your trainings cost?
All half-day (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) trainings cost $89. All full-day trainings (9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with lunch included) cost $109. The only training opportunities priced differently are Effective Supervision and Advanced Supervision at $124, which includes a $15 fee for the cost of materials.
Why are some training offerings free?
When we offer a workshop with a trainer that is new to our roster, we provide a free training with them. This is a chance for us to pilot and improve the training before we officially offer workshops with that trainer/facilitator.
How can I get a discount?
Discounts are offered to our training partners. These are organizations or association that provide promotional support for our events to their members and affiliates. Groups who would like to send a large number of staff to a single training event may also be eligible for a discount. To inquire, please email us at email@example.com.
How can I register for your training opportunities?
All trainings can be registered via our Eventbrite page. The link is here.
Can I register other attendees for a training?
You can register colleagues or employees for a training. However, we ask for important demographic information and dietary restrictions of each attendee. Please make sure each attendee fills out this info prior to the training.
EVENT MATERIALS AND CURRICULUM
Will I receive copies of the materials presented at each training?
Yes, we will email you copies of presentation materials that are made available at the discretion of the trainer.
Are training events livestreamed or recorded for later viewing?
Currently, we only livestream portions of particular workshops that will be a valuable learning opportunity to a wider audience. Because our sessions are half day or full day and require interaction and participation from the groups, we do not record each event in full. Our livestream segments are roughly 15-20min and can be accessed on the NonProfit Center website.
Do you offer site-specific or on-site trainings?
All Better Nonprofit Management workshops take place at the NonProfit Center.
We offer customized and on-site training for interested organizations on specific topics. Currently, these topics are Effective Supervision, Advanced Supervision, Beyond Diversity to Inclusion, and Organizational Sustainability. Do you offer certificates of completion for your trainings?
Yes, participants can receive a certificate of completion upon request. Please email us at email@example.com and allow 2-3 business days to process your request.
TSNE MissionWorks strives to be a learning organization. After each training, we will send you a survey asking for your insights and feedback on the session. In addition, we will also send you a survey 6-months after your training to help us assess if the skills you acquired were useful in your work. We use this information to evaluate the quality of our training, adjust curriculum to make it more useful and interactive and provide you with an outstanding learning experience.
