We are pleased to share with you the Spring 2003 evaluation report of the Diversity Initiative. We offer this information as evidence that organizational diversity is an achievable goal and well worth the effort. Organizations involved in the DI point to significant benefits. The process itself strengthened communication and understanding among and between staff and board members. Greater staff diversity led to a more stimulating work environment and to more effective delivery of programs and services.
