Executive Director, Fuerza Laboral

Fuerza Laboral has grown steadily over the past four years in immigrant and worker organizing and leadership training. It now envisions its future as a nationally-recognized immigrant and workers’ rights organization with adequate staff to greatly increase the membership and victories, funds to support new and innovative programs, and increased community capacity and leadership to promote the mission and agenda of social justice. The new executive director will have an opportunity to continue the mission while helping to shape the organization’s future.
Executive Director, ¿Oíste?

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, driving fundraising efforts and serving as the public spokesperson for ¿Oíste?, the executive director will work with the board to help define the strategic direction, strengthen effectiveness and expand opportunities.
