TSNE's comprehensive Fiscal Sponsorship Program gives you more time to focus on your program results.

While TSNE manages your finances, human resources and legal compliance, you will have time to concentrate staff resources on strengthening your program. TSNE will manage human resources issues such as employee benefits and employee hires.

We will also stay on top of the increasingly complex world of legal compliance and building relationships with constituents, funders and other community stakeholders. Projects have more time to:

• Develop the program mission
• Plan and manage program activities
• Secure program funds
• Recruit and interact with top-notch advisory board members
• Support staff development and create high-performing teams 
• Monitor and approve program expenses

• Free or reduced trainings and knowledge-sharing events at our NonProft Center located in downtown Boston
• Free organizational assessment
• Limited amount of free organizational development consultation
• Access to knowledge and information from peers among our fiscal sponsorship family or staff at TSNE with experience in strategic communications, community organizing, federal contracts management and more
