Submission Instructions

Letters of Interest 

Letters of Interest (LOI) will address a set of questions and will be submitted online. No emails or hard copies will be accepted. Only successful applicants of LOIs will move forward in the process to the proposal submission stage. 

Please be certain to include the name, telephone number and email address for the appropriate contact person.

Proposals

Proposal submissions will be by request of the DII only, will address a set of questions and will be submitted online. No emails or hard copies will be accepted. Budget and diversity form formats will be provided to finalists.

  1. Cover Letter
  2. IRS 501(c)(3) designation
  3. Current operating budget (AGM Form provided to finalists)
  4. Diversity Form (AGM Form provided to finalists)
  5. Resume(s) of consultant(s), if applicable
