About the Conference

A Look at Nonprofit Leadership

Emerging leaders, succession planning, executive transitions, diversity of leadership and leadership forms and structures for the future are subjects at the forefront of many conversations, research studies and conferences like the Nonprofit Workout.

We’ve been adapting for years; now it is time to generate the change in philanthropy, capacity building and ourselves to be the kind of people and organizations we want to be. Join us at the 2007 Nonprofit Workout as we explore the ways we lead and stimulate dialogue about the future, from stakeholder engagement to generative conversations.
