Adaptive Leadership

Thursday, March 24, 2011
9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Workshop Presenter: Deborah Linnell, Director of Programs

Workshop Cost: $79

Workshop Description: Ongoing changes inside and outside of the non-profit sector require organizations to continuously adapt in order to do their best work and deepen their impact. An adaptive leader understands how to synthesize program and operational capacity – and the financial bottom line.

Learn about adaptive capacity, how to grow it and how to lead with it in your organization. We will focus on the best ways to assess your organization’s current reality. And we will explore developing a short-term plan towards a preferred future vision for your nonprofit. We will also review other building blocks critical to an adaptive organization.

Join us in this interactive workshop, and come away equipped with time-tested methods to help stakeholders (including board members, front line staff and constituents) assess, synthesize and sustain a vibrant organization in deep service to its mission and community.

Register now.
