“Ann Thomas quickly won the trust of our stakeholders and skillfully guided us through a much-needed organizational self-assessment. Our search for a new executive director yielded many highly qualified candidates. The beauty of the process is that it seemed like we did it all ourselves, but we could not have done it without her.”
