Using the Technology of Participation© Focused Conversation, we’ll put an end to the circular, dead end, one-sided, or ranting conversations in meetings, during supervision, at the family dinner table, or over the phone.
You will practice this conversation methodology and we will apply it to managing and structuring the meetings that you hold every day.
The facilitation skills you will acquire are:
- Knowing how to structure the right questions in the right order
- The importance of listening for answers that trigger when to move the conversation forward
- Techniques for getting healthy participation in conversations and meetings
