How do we, as nonprofit staff, manage to organize our time so that we do not become overwhelmed by all of the work that remains to be done? TSNE’s director of administration and human resources offers a few tips for making your week productive - and enjoyable.

Be an Effective Supervisor

Strong supervision creates a culture of mutual respect in which employees and supervisors communicate regularly and clearly about job-related expectations, tasks and overall performance.

Learn how to be a better supervisor at November’s Effective Supervision workshop (November 5 and again on November 17), part of TSNE’s Capacity Building Training Series.

New This Month: Consultants Corner

In this new monthly column from TSNE’s Senior Consultant Bob Greene, Bob offers time-tested advice on issues such as strategic planning, leadership development and governance. This month he discusses how planning and priority setting can alleviate time management issues, giving you more time to accomplish your more-focused goals.
