New Year Resolutions for 2010

As the recession deepens and unemployment rises, 2010 is expected to be even worse for nonprofits. While we have put together some suggestions on maintaining employee morale throughout the crisis, individual staff members may feel they can only take on one or two new commitments this year.

Some resolutions from TSNE staff:

"I pledge to think more often, 'What is our mission and how am I serving it today?' To keep our mission at the forefront of all that I do for the organization."

"I commit to allocating time for exercise and meditation so that I stay healthy, focused and ready to fully support the social change that's coming our way."
