The Role of the Coach

TSNE coaches provide confidential, timely, frank feedback to support you in expanding your leadership horizon. In doing so, we help you to sustain and grow your nonprofit’s effectiveness.

What our coaches do:

  • Help articulate leadership and/or organizational challenge in specific language
  • Assist you in developing communication strategies about your or the organization’s change processes to appropriate stakeholders
  • Encourage your commitment to growth and change and your risk-taking to “enter the race”
  • Help you to understand blind spots and develop a culture of feedback from others
  • Support learning from experiences, including “successful failures”
  • Promote insights from your early wins and adaptive change
  • Connect you to reading and other resources
