Non-profit Leadership Development Seminar

Everyone agrees leadership development is crucial for sustainable success in the non-profit sector. At TSNE we believe that everyone has leadership potential. To make excellent leadership development opportunities available to all, we have created the Leadership Development Seminar to complement TSNE’s respected Better Nonprofit Management Training Series (previously Capacity Building Training Series).

TSNE’s Leadership Development Seminar goes well beyond a single session workshop through fostering development of a leadership action plan, participation on a team to support taking action, accountability for addressing a real organizational issue, extensive resource materials, opportunities for individual coaching and more.

Components of the Leadership Development Track include:

• A full-day introduction to leadership
• A choice of one Better Nonprofit Management workshop on:
  • Fund Development
  • Financial Management
  • Effective Supervision
  • Succession Planning
  • Advanced Supervision (prerequisite: Effective Supervision)
• Two full-day sessions exclusively for Leadership Development participants to go deeper into leadership content and application
• Peer team meetings exclusively for Leadership Development participants
• A concluding full-day session with wrap-up that brings it all together
• Discounts on any other Better Nonprofit Management workshops

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon attending all sessions and completion of requisite assignments.
