Taking A Closer Look at Compensation Data

Lyn Freundlich, TSNE's director of administration and human resources, has closely examined the findings from Valuing Our Nonprofit Workforce, the salary survey conducted by TSNE and nonprofit and foundation partners across Massachusetts. And she has released A Closer Look, a deep analysis of findings and an analysis of its implications for nonprofit organizations, their staff, and the foundations and donors that support them.
