We are seeking a Senior Networking and Learning Associate who will take the lead role in building, catalyzing and strengthening the growing network of non-profit organizations and leaders who are current or potential participants in BMP’s communities of learning and practice.
In the short-term, the Program Director is responsible for managing key aspects of the lead up and implementation of the Philadelphia training. This entails working closely with current PI staff and partners to prepare the curriculum and to plan for the deployment of training.

The Regional Community Facilitator is a full-time position with ACEs Connection. The person in this position will function as a Regional Community Facilitator and support Southern California region. Counties to be covered include: San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Kern, San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Inyo.
The Executive Assistant, who will be the second staff member, will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director by managing his schedule and travel, triaging requests and responding on behalf of the Executive Director, conducting research, preparing briefings, handling information requests and performing administrative functions including preparing correspondence, arranging calls and scheduling travel for the PI team. The Assistant will work with the team and other stakeholders.
