Reporting to the Professional Learning Manager, the Professional Learning Associate supports the Consulting, Executive Transition, and Training Department.
The Executive Assistant will perform high level of diverse clerical, administrative, and general office assistance and support, to ensure an efficient, and positive work environment for MissionWorks’s CEO and members of the Leadership team, in support of its work in forwarding our mission with our external clients and internal teams.
This position is a member of the Accounts Receivable team which is responsible for the receivable functions in a dynamic, fast-paced team-based environment. The AR team provides accounting services for approximately 90 different organizations (referred to as projects).
The Administrative Coordinator performs administrative functions that support the work of TSNE’s Consulting and Learning team. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of administrative support which will include scheduling and coordination of meetings, tracking and responding of email correspondence and various project and task management.
