Outlined below is an overview of benefits to employees of TSNE and our fiscally sponsored organizations.

VACATION TIME

Up to three weeks accrued based on actual hours paid per pay period with availability to full year amount.

SICK TIME

Accrues based on actual hours paid per pay period.

PERSONAL HOLIDAYS

Up to five days accrued based on standard hours expected to work with availability to full year amount

HOLIDAYS

11 holidays per year; New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Washington's Birthday, Patriot's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous People's Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

HEALTH INSURANCE

Harvard Pilgrim
Effective on the 1st day of employment - TSNE contributes 80% of the premium. Plan options: HMO, HMO1000, POS, PPO, and PPO 1000 are available for the employee, employee+1, or family. Employees who elect Domestic Partner benefits may be liable for extra tax withholding.

DENTAL INSURANCE

Guardian Dental Plan
Effective on the 1st day of employment. TSNE contributes 75% of premium. Domestic Partner benefits are available.

VISION INSURANCE

Guardian Vision Plan
Effective on the 1st day of employment - this is a voluntary benefit and there is no employer contribution

LIFE INSURANCE

Mutual of Omaha
Effective on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. 200% of annual base salary up to a max of $250,000. Available to regular staff working at least 18.75 hours a week or more. At no cost to the employee.

LONG TERM DISABILITY

Mutual of Omaha
Effective on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Available to all regular staff working at least 18.75 hours per week or more. Effective on the 90th day of disability. Payment is 60% of salary, up to $11,000/mo. At no cost to the employee.

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY

Mutual of Omaha
Regular employees are eligible after 3 months of employment.

Payment is 60% of salary. Benefits begin after 21st day of disability with coverage for up to 10 weeks max. At no cost to the employee.

PENSION PLAN

TIAA
Eligible after 1 year of employment. TSNE contributes 3.5% of salary.

SALARY REDUCTION ANNUITY

Eligible upon employment. Available to all employees.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING

Available to all regular employees. Reduce the cost of qualified health ADP care or dependent care expenses by using pre-tax dollars.

COMMUTER BENEFIT

Available to all employees. Employees can enroll online to pay for a monthly transit pass, a transit debit card, or parking debit card through payroll deduction.
