Lori Manzelli, Associate, Communications
Lori Manzelli comes to TSNE MissionWorks from the Jose Mateo Ballet Theatre where she was the Director of Marketing. She is a graduate of Emmanuel College (Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts and Communications) and Carnegie Mellon University (Master of Arts Management).
Consulting and Executive Transitions
Katie Barnett, Associate Director, Consulting and Training
Katie Barnett brings a range of experience to TSNE MissionWorks. In addition to consulting with McKinsey & Co., Bridgespan, and Root Cause, Katie worked in development at the Harvard School of Public Health and managed the Nonprofit Initiative at the Business Council of Southwest Connecticut. Prior to joining TSNE MissionWorks, Katie was the Associate Director at the Social Innovation Forum, where she provided consulting and advisory services to nonprofit organizations and funders.
Katie received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale College and a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management, where she focused on nonprofit management and strategy. Katie has a deep interest in advancing social and economic justice, and she is an active volunteer at First Parish in Needham, Unitarian Universalist, the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute, the Wily Network, and the Boston Ujima Project.
Julia Monaghan, Consultant, Organizational Development
Julia brings nearly a decade of experience in working within and with nonprofits and community-based organizations, networks, and government institutions around the world. Julia has worked with groups focused on creating a more just and equitable future through advocacy and human rights, community development, public health and healthcare service delivery, economic development, education, and the protection and empowerment of marginalized and vulnerable groups. She is committed to an appreciative and systems-aware approach to understanding organizations and organizational behavior. Julia is an experienced trainer and facilitator on topics such as organizational assessment, process and change management, systems and network analysis, strategic planning, and qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
Finance and Accounting
Trinh Le, Associate, Accounts Payable
Trinh works on fiscal sponsorship projects expense and invoice processing.
Theron Lunney, Associate, Payroll
Theron is working to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time.
Susan Slagor, Administrator, Contracts
Susan will be providing broad customer service coordination and support related to contracts. This position will primarily focus on providing support for contracts and related information and database management. She will also work with staff to meet the evolving needs of social justice initiatives housed at TSNE MissionWorks.
Christine Moire, Associate Director, Human Resources
In her role as Associate Director of Human Resources, Christine leads the human resources functions for TSNE MissionWorks’ fiscally-sponsored projects. With more than 15 years of experience in human resources and operations in both nonprofit and corporate settings, Christine is a practitioner with exceptional experience in the areas of employee relations, performance management and operational budgeting. Her nonprofit experience includes serving as the Director of Stores with Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, and most recently as the Human Resources Manager with YouthBuild USA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Northeastern University and is also accredited by the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional.

Alessandria Haynes, Associate, Professional Learning
Alie supports our Learning and Leadership team with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Culture of Health Prize, Better Nonprofit Management Series, Emerging Consulting Training, What’s Next and all our other offerings.
Learning and Evaluation
Lilo Altali, Project Manager, Learning Lab
In the new Learning Lab, Lilo will be working to understand better how TSNE MissionWorks can support non-traditional organizations and those serving under-resourced communities. He has also worked in design thinking, service design, and project management at Commonwealth and the Ethics and Compliance Initiative. Lilo holds a Master of Public Administration in Social Innovation from Northeastern University.
Cate Reynolds, Coordinator, Learning and Evaluation
Cate will work closely with our consulting, training, and fiscal sponsorship staff to develop key learning measures and integrate learning practices in our everyday service delivery work.
Jessica Sáenz, Associate, Program Administration
Jessica is the administrative associate for our program department. They are finishing their Master of Public Health at Boston University and have extensive experience with event planning, providing operational support to nonprofit organizations and managing a graduate student organization for LGBTQ-identified students and allies providing personal and professional development opportunities.
