Sandy St. Louis, Director of Communications
Prior to joining TSNE MissionWorks, Sandy worked for the PBS news and public affairs documentary series Frontline at WGBH in Boston, Mass. As Frontline’s national outreach manager, she developed audience engagement strategies for the series and headed several national promotional campaigns. Sandy’s role at Frontline included producing and developing content for the series education portal. Sandy has served as the communications director for other documentary film and media groups including the nonprofit news start-up PublicSource in Pittsburgh, Penn and other independent documentary film production and distribution companies. Sandy holds a master’s degree in public management from the H. John Heinz School of Public Policy & Management at Carnegie Mellon University. Along with her degree, Sandy received a Dean’s Leadership Fellowship in 2011 and served on the board of the IdeaLab, a Carnegie Mellon University social enterprise incubator. Sandy also serves as a member of the TSNE MissionWorks Senior Management Team and is a member of the steering committee for ComNetworkBOS, a local chapter of the national Communications Network.
