Effective Supervision Training

Great human resources management and supervision are positive ways of building the effectiveness of your staff. Our range of supervision training, offered as individual sessions or a series, will help your organization develop a culture of effective supervision in which employees and supervisors communicate regularly and clearly about job-related expectations, tasks, and overall performance.

Through this interactive training participants will:

  • Identify supervisory styles and effective approaches under different conditions
  • Strengthen a variety of critical forms of supervisory communication
  • Develop a plan for conducting individual supervisor meetings

Beyond Diversity to Inclusion

How do organizations create an environment where people feel they can actively participate, where their contributions are respected and valued? This workshop is about taking that next step toward moving beyond the individualism of diversity to the systemic and cultural change needed to build inclusive organizations. In this workshop we will:

  • Share best practices on how to move from representation to inclusion
  • Understand the role of implicit bias and impact on leadership, hiring, staffing and decision-making
  • Learn to have courageous conversations about race
  • Discuss how to intentionally orientate to an inclusive culture that is self-perpetrating through organizational systems, policies, and practices

Organizational Sustainability and Succession Planning

Succession planning is a critical component of nonprofit sustainability but few organizations have one in place. Because transitions are pivotal moments in an organizational life cycle, TSNE MissionWorks offers workshops and customized training that focus on organizational sustainability and succession planning, board leadership and transition planning for long time leaders. The training helps organizations to:
